Looking for Log Cabin pattern

I know someone on here can steer me to a pattern for a tradition log cabin. I want to make a queen size quilt and seem to have given my pattern book away. I need to know block size and yardage amount.
Thanks for any help I can get.

Maybe I stated this wrong. I know how to make the blocks but don't know how much fabric to purchase for a queen size. I googled until I feel like a google but couldn't find the size and yardage.

Joy, I think it depends on how you are going to cut your logs. A different color for every log? All matching blocks or all scrappy blocks? How big will your finished blocks be, how many of them will be in the quilt, and how wide will the logs be?

Once you have some idea about that, this tool may
help: http://search.quiltshops.com/calculator/calculator.htm

.................and how big will your quilt be?
Yes I know you said queen ... but what is queen size to one, can be double to another, and king to yet another!!!!! :D

And with that said .... the earlier thread does give some fabric requirements.
Yes, it may require some math!

Thank you ladies for the help. Sorry to be a bother.

Eleanor Burns' book "Log Cabin in a Day" has multiple sizes, etc. Worth the purchase.....

Try amazon they have a selection of log cabin block books. By purchasing one you will have a selection of different sizes and widths etc. with calculations done for you.

Joy, questions are NEVER a bother. That is WHY most of us visit this site on a daily basis to help other quilters. Most quilters assume that you are doing a scrappy. Do you know the size of block you want to make such as 8", 10" or 12"?? Then how many strips and widths. Something in my head keeps referring to 10 yards for a queen. I haven't made one in over a decade. PM me if you would like me to draw a log cabin quilt 2 post on the thread.

If you could provide the block size and number of blocks required (for example, how many blocks across and down), that would make calculation easier.
