I saw this placemat on a site that I visit, and was wondering if anyone knew what the pattern name is or where I could get the pattern.

I agree with grammynan, I think it is also Tumbling Blocks.

And I've done it English paper pieced, but only a small wall hanging! :-D

It is tumbling blocks and I have done it by English Paper Piecing and by machine. love that pattern

Thank you all so much, I really love the pattern, altho I have never tried to do paper piecing. I may have to go to my favorite quilt shop to take a class.

I am looking at the tumbling blocks pattern, and it is not the same, It is using all diamond shapes. I am going to try to cut out the diamonds and see if I cant piece it together

It really is the Tumbling Blocks pattern. It just looks different in the picture you have, but that's really it.
