Has anyone done The Lover's Knot in a quilt, not the Quilt In A Day pattern she has for placemats. Did you piece it or paper piece it? I love the look of it but wonder if paper piecing wouldn't be the easiest way to get the straightest lines.

I choose PP most of the time, but that is just me :D:D:D

That's what I'm thinking on this, too, because if the lines are off the least little bit, the look will be lost. Thanks for the reinforcement!

I have made the "Quilt in a Day' Lover's Knot---not paper pieced and it turned out just fine.

LOVE the pattern (obviously since I did it twice!), and it's a really simple and fun quilt to do. Hope it helps! |
I made this for my daughters wedding quilt and machined pieced it I had no problems whatsoever and I don't do alot of machine piecing, I found it a very easy quilt to make I cut all the pieces exactly as instructed and they all matched perfectly and it went together very quickly - well at my speed anyway!!!!!!

Mine is my avatar, and I found it pretty easy.
