You might consider seeing if there is a punch for that shape. I know there are hexagon and square ones.
I did a modified version and left off the last row and hence had some large squares mixed in....I loved it and want to make another (but different) quite with that shape! |

The Patchwork’s of Lucy Boston is one of my favorite quilt books. I love EPP and her book of quilts is so inspiring. I have a large Patchwork of the Crosses in progress and the blocks were fun but the assembly isn’t . I should have planned better so some of the boring bits happened in stages. Someday I will bring it out again!
