I love the orange, but if it were me I would make the orange border narrower. Great fabric choices!

Yes orange. 1.5 " is good!

The green is just what the quilt needs. It carries the quilt to the last border without interruption. The orange stops the flow. froggyintexas

Okay, my turn. I like the outer border. Have you thought of not having any middle border? Try putting just the animal border against the stripes, and see what you think. If not that, then I think I'd go with the orange, but narrower.

I like the orange. It seems to frame the center squares and off sets the border print. I find the light green blends with the background of both prints which makes the quilt print and border compete against each other. Nice work.

It depends if you want a "blend in border" or a "stand out border". Personally I like a "stand out border", meaning the orange. Good luck in your decision. Sophie

I agree with the orange and also agree that it needs to be narrowed down a bit. A child will love this quilt!
