How many of you have ordered? I was thinking about doing the daily deal, but wasnt sure how the customer service/fabrics were. Thanks in advance for your help!

I've ordered from them. Excellent customer service about my orders. No problems at all. If a shop has a Facebook page, a blog, a Youtube account and a website, then they have to have great service to stay in business.

I've just started quilting, but I've already ordered from them about six times. Excellent customer service, and I have always received my orders within a couple of days.

I check the Daily Deal every night, and do not hesitate to order from them if I like what's on sale. Even with the $5 shipping fee, it's usually a great deal, but I try to add another sale item or two to make it more worthwhile.

I have ordered several times from them and have had very quick shipment and great products. Never a problem.

I only ordered once but got my item in just 2 days. I had an E mail that it was sent the same afternoon that I ordered.

No problems with the order I placed.

I have ordered from them twice. The service was excellent. The products were wonderful. I received the items in just a few days. The deal of the day is great. I try to order other sale items at the same time to save on shipping. They also offer quilter's cash and you save even more on your order.

This is good to know. I have not shopped with them but watch those tutorials. I especially like looking at the quilts in the background.

I order from them when they have a deal that is too good to pass up. Since shipping is only $5. I usually explore their site and add something else on that I "have to have"

Dear Momto4. I have ordered the daily deals several times from the MSQC. I have been very happy with the service & product. I love Jenny. I just noticed something!!! I'm from Wausau too!!

I love their you tube videos. The daily deals don't look to good after you add on the shipping fee. A charm pak for 1.99 can end up costing 10.00.

I've benfited from their excellent customer service numerous times as well as their awesome tutorials. Nothing negative from my end :) I would say order to your hearts content!!!

I have ordered lots from them and i've never had a problem only once, and it was my fault i ordered twice and they refunded one order with no problem.

Great company I live about 30 minutes away from this shop. People are very friendly.They are planning a bus trip this spring to different shop out of state have signed up to go.Really looking forward to this trip

I ordered the binding tool from them. It works great and I would order from them again. I don't know if I would do the daily deal or not. I am a one or two projects at a time kind of girl.

Actually, they have a flat $5.00 shipping fee, so that $1.99 charm pack would be $6.99. Still a good deal when you consider that charm packs can be $9.50 on another popular on-line store, and that's without their shipping fee.

I think the site is down at the moment. I order from them as well and they are really good to deal with. Fantastic deals all the time.

I order from MSQC and never had any problems. Fabric quality is great, daily deals are sometimes way too tempting for my wallet... and of course Jennie and her daughters are very nice. I even sent them a Christmas card by email and got a response back. I highly recommend them!!

i have only ordered the charms i like the fabric it isnt a cheap fabric. i think you will like it. lorene

They have brand name fabric, Moda, Benartex etc... wonderful deals and they offer excellent customer service

Great service and tutorials

I love their tutorials. Sometimes I order a print they used in a tutorial. They've been great!

I have ordered and been very pleased. They cut 2 pcs of fabric short and when I notified them they sent the original size that was requested and didn't ask for a return on the other. 2 day service to New England. I will order from them again.
