The Hmongs do it. Can't remember their vending name, but they usually do the really big shows. I've brought a couple from them

Molas are the actual block made with reverse applique. They are made by the Kuna Indians of the San Blas islands near Panama. The Hmong people of Laos also do reverse applique needlework but they are not called molas.
