That was probably the sweetest thing he could have done for you! What a sweetheart! :)

mhansen6 01-11-2012 06:49 AM

You are very lucky. My husband stays out of my sewing room and that is just fine with me.

lillybeck 01-11-2012 07:18 AM

I have tried to get my hubby involved but he will not

JenJen224 01-11-2012 07:43 AM

That is really great. You have a good guy.

neece 01-11-2012 07:49 AM

How nice! Do you let him go to other places to iron or is he a one house ironer????

majormom 01-11-2012 07:50 AM

He's a real keeper! An act of love to lighten your load.

chaskaquilter 01-11-2012 08:03 AM

I often state that I am happier living alone, don't want another husband. Then I read that there are really sweet ones out there and kind of wish I had one. He is a good man. I love when a man just jumps in does something for you and doesn't even need to be asked.

jeanneb52 01-11-2012 08:05 AM

Now that's a fairy tale ending to a story...

urgodschild2 01-11-2012 08:38 AM

Next step is to show him how to quilt and he can make one too. One a wonderful man.

icon17 01-11-2012 08:43 AM

What a special hubby, he is a keeper

wanda lou 01-11-2012 02:23 PM

So sweet.....

joyce888 01-11-2012 02:24 PM

Sounds like he's a keeper. The most help I got was asking mine to finger-press the seams open on some HSTs - you would have thought I asked him to make the quilt! Oh well he is my computer guru.

Dordee 01-11-2012 02:38 PM

How sweet He is a keeper for sure, Bless him

Sassylass 01-11-2012 02:44 PM

How sweet is that!!! He is a keeper for sure!

mimiknoxtaylor 01-11-2012 03:00 PM

If my DH even offered I think I'd just keel over in a dead faint!

It is the small things that count and make memorys.

sew1 01-11-2012 04:18 PM

Sometimes they just surprise you, don't they. Just when you think they don't care, they go and do something special. Definitely want to keep him around.

KathyKat 01-11-2012 04:51 PM

What a great husband!

butterflies5518 01-11-2012 06:29 PM

Impressive, mine would do that if he was home more. Blessings to your household! He's a keeper.

jaciqltznok 01-11-2012 06:32 PM

wow...what did he want YOU to do..mend some shirts or something???..lucky you!

msquiltalot 01-11-2012 07:24 PM

What a darlin' he is.

QuiltingJaguar 01-11-2012 07:30 PM

Give him a big hug from all of us, it does not hurt to do things like that for his loving spouse. He is showing you how much he still cares for you.

luvTooQuilt 01-11-2012 07:48 PM

pippi65 01-11-2012 08:36 PM
