Your quilt is beautiful. Cold water, gentle cycle, Oxyclean and your mild detergent, softener. Gentle dry or hang to dry. I have never had to use Color Catchers, but then I pre-wash all fabric.

If you have scraps of the fabrics you used - try washing them fist and see what they do - |
So so beautiful! I normally don't prewash either but if it's a color that I think might run (like your purplish), I test first. If it runs then I wash all fabric I'm going to use in that particular quilt (and grumble the whole time I'm ironing/starching it :) )

It's going to be even prettier once you wash it. If that's even possible! I love the crinkly look of laundered quilts. What a great first quilt. You didn't mess around, did you?! Gentle everything and you should be fine. A color catcher or two can't hurt.
