I just received these from my sister. Our grandmother hand pieced them. She passed away in the 1930's so it was probably sometime between turn of century & 1930. Does anyone know what the pattern is? I have 52 blocks about 10 inches each. I can't find the pattern anywhere on the internet.

No idea the name of the pattern, but boy they are lovely. Gives you the idea of a wagon wheel. Love to know what it is called, TOO!

Blessings,
Ruth

That looks like the dresden plates our members have been posting.
I can just see her fingers holding the needle doing those stitches. So precious.

Look at this link. http://www.patternsfromhistory.com/c...sden-plate.htm
