Has anyone been able to come up with the pattern for this quilt? I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the designer. My mail keeps being returned. Love this quilt and if you have found a source for pattern please pm me.

It's made from only two blocks, both of them on a 5x5 grid, with proper value placement being the key. You can see this quilter really paid attention, and it shows.

I've outlined the two blocks in the upper left corner.
32 BlockA (the corner one)
16 BlockB (star)

It looks like those are 10" blocks.

As long as the blocks are a multiple of 5 (5, 7.5,10, 12.5), it should go together easily.

I imported the pattern in EQ7 and came up with the same repeating two block. After enlarging the blocks I can see the seam lines, it's made with squares, hsts, qhsts, and rectangles. It is making one block at a time following the placement. I can trace the outline of the blocks and have it converted to a pattern but it's simple to figure out by looking. If you can't reach her for a pattern, she may have easier piecing techniques, then I would say just follow the block pattern and make it.

I sat down and drew out the blocks without any problem. Mostly wondering if small squares finish at 2". I'm sure she has some easier directions and that is why I was trying to run the pattern down. That QST would almost have to be paper pieced if they are that small. Appreciate your help.

I have just bought EQ7 and haven't even downloaded it yet. May be a good place to play. Especially since I'm home alone this weekend. Thanks for your help.
