should the iron be cold when you use the magic eraser? Or warm? I got a little heavy handed with starch on flannel yesterday :(

Iron a dryer sheet, then wipe the iron on a towel. Works like magic.

I have a brown teflon soleplate and use rubbing alcohol. Works great.
