Need easy 2.5" strip patterns .. here's a couple 4U

Personally, I love Bonnie Hunter's http://quiltville.blogspot.com/p/free-patterns.html patterns there are lots and lots to pick from. She uses lots of strips :D

Quilter's Cache http://www.quilterscache.com has a lot of patterns :D
Braid top pattern is great for 2.5" strips http://www.quilterscache.com/B/BraidBlock.html

Strip Scrap Bargello. Goes fast and easy, you do not need to match seams and no extra fabric except for borders.

katz

Sounds interesting, but I'm not going to do a Google search for "strip joint". LOL Where might find this pattern?

Thanks for the strip patterns; they're all great!
nstitches4u, I did a google search for strip joints quilt pattern and found this link: http://www.fatquartershop.com/store/...34&Parent_Ids=
I like it, but can't afford the $8.50 price; maybe someday I can find a free pattern for it. I also liked Strip Off & Strip Search; I might be able to figure those out.

I would like to know what are some of the strip patterns you have tried? (One pattern I don't want is the one that is just long strips sewn together.) Thanks in advance for your help.

go to quiltville.com. There are a bunch, one of my favorites is Scrappy Trips Around the World. Also a cool bargello.

Wow! That is a beautiful pastel quilt. I'll have to try it, but I will do strip piecing which will go much faster.

Try Moda Bakeshop. Sweet Menagerie is a very easy pattern. I'll try to upload a picture, but my computer hasn't been very cooperative this morning.

I love the ones on the Missouri Star Quilt Co site - several nice ones that look fast....also some cute table runners.
