thanks for the suggestions....You don't think I should try to either take out some of the quilting on the edge of that pear or quilt it more to flatten it? I know I am strange, but it is a pet peeve of mine to not have it hang flat on the wall....

I looks like you need to spray down your quilt and block it with pins until dry and flat. You can then add your binding.

Two things....Spray Starch works wonders. Spray it down wait a few minutes then iron. That takes up a lot of imperfections. Then if that doesn't totally work I would trim the side down a bit, maybe a 1/4 of an inch to eliminate some of the wave. Good luck!
