could just use pellon for the batting

Quilters Dream Request is the thinnest. It is a cotton batting. When you wash it, you'll still get that crinkly look.

Well, dear friends, I chose the Quilters Dream Request...100% Cotton and Oh So Soft!!!!! Loving it so far... Thank you everyone for your help!!!
