Pinterest is for PICTURES which may or may not lead to patterns. Some pictures merely serve as inspiration.

I love Pinterest! I didn't 'get it' for the longest time, but once I did I LOVED it! Instead of keeping long lists of bookmarks, you can have picture bookmarks to look through, and organize them any way you want to, in boards. It's so helpful and if my computer crashes, I can find things again by logging in to my Pinterest acct. It's a great place to keep your patterns, recipes, and ideas. For those who don't 'get it' yet, I invite you to look at some of my quilting boards on Pinterest. To go to the source of the 'pin', click on it once, and when a new window opens, click on "visit site". Hit the back button to go back to the Pinterest page:

I feel the same as you , for me it is very hard for me to get around in ( but I am not real good on my computer any way) I did want to buy a quilt kit and I never did get to purchase it because of their site is way to confusing for me to travel in. Love what they show but getting there is not half the fun

Well I don't feel too bad, at least I'm not the only one who likes "old school." A pencil and a note pad see me through even in this high tech age. I love computers and all that they offer, but for notes I'll take the old way. Thank you again to all that gave me the name of the pattern I just have to make, that only makes about two hundred patterns that I just have to make; hey, no problem - right?

I also like Pinterest and I have many boards. Some of the pins don't lead to patterns but I can often figure it out by looking at the picture. I love it for the inspiration, the helpful quilting/sewing charts and all the tutorials.

This is a pretty quilt and would be fairly easy to dissect to figure out how to make it without a pattern. It's just a series of squares set on point. Definitely would need a design board to keep everything straight. I rarely use a pattern as I really enjoy the figuring out process. I'm not a prolific quilt maker because of this because of the time it takes and I'm sure with a pattern there are faster ways to cut as well. That's OK by me because I'm in it to have some fun rather than set records.

I do understand the frustration on Pinterest however as I look at images there at times.
