Its called “Colorado Lily Block” by Erin Russek.
It is only a small wall hanging, 16 inches square but you can make more blocks if you want it larger.
I personally don’t like her method, I think needle turn appliqué is much easier than the gluing way she does it.
Its free online but takes some finding, good luck.

This is a similar pattern but the name is Carolina Lily. It can be pieced normally. Just a few applique stems.
