Thanks for the reply. The mind is a very tricky piece of equipment. Just ask anyone, especially anyone over 60 years of age (which I am one). I still had fun looking. Ann in TN

I am also making a Storm at Sea quilt. I did print out the form to color the pattern in my colors. I like it. But my problem is that I only find a pattern for a twin size, I need at least a double. So can I simply add more blocks across and down to make it bigger?

I agree with everyone on the QB-print out the pattern and color in with color pencils and see how that would work for you. I had bought some erasable colored pencils and they work great if you change your mind on colors. Good luck to you-I am sure everyone on here will be very helpful to you.

thats my favorite way to play with color, gradation and design— blank color design sheets and colored pencils can be your best friend when trying out colors. Print off a few and keep a ( master) so you can print more if needed. I use them to help figure outbquilting plans too. :)
i love storm at sea quilts.

Yes, just add more blocks until you have the size you want. Have fun!
