I've seen the same fabric as yours done with the 10 minute table runner. Makes a nice one.

I like that cathedral window look! Hmm I have some scenic fab.....good idea!

Klaws that fabric is really beautiful. I am a new quilter too, and spend a lot of time trying to figure out these type of things. I am making my aunt a table runner, and have three large squares with strips of different patterns sewn together between them, and she likes white, but white wouldn't work in mine so I am using a cream color for the back and around the edges.
The french braid is pretty. nhnative those are really pretty table runners. I think fabric like that would also be pretty with the second one. Such pretty table runners. I think they are good for me too in learning to improve my quilting skills. |
Can't answer your questions but I LOVE your fabric.

I like Duncan's pattern especially if you are new to quilting. I would choose a little lighter of a rust (maybe a peach) or a softer lighter green. Good Luck !!

I used that fabric to make a simple wall hanging and a small table runner. A very quick project that let the fabric speak for itself.

Those came out really nice. The grape fabric sets it off nicely.

Definitely the gold.

Some good suggestions. I love the cathedral windows table runner.

This fabric is too pretty to break up. Try a ten miniute table runner with it using either of the darks for the lining. I would like the red/rust on the right if it were mine. froggyintexas
