spray glue

I just spray the back lightly with spray adhesive and it lasts for months. You can always remove it with rubbing alcohol. I also do this with templates it works great

this is what I use under my sewing machine foot so it doesn't slide so much. I see that at Etsy someone has made a large flip-flop to use-cute idea

I was going to a quilting sew day today. Put ALL my stuff in the van. Slammed the van door and promptly caught my 24x6 inch ruler in the track. Broke off 4" of it. I was sick. Looks like I'll be looking out for a 50% coupon. LOL
Also, About a year ago I put INVSI-Grip on all my rulers and they still slide all over the place. I'm gonna try the hot glue gun thing. Thanks.

My ruler is a Quilters Rule it has a textured back and seems to work well also I find if I place my little finger just off the edge of the ruler it seems to steady it better. I think all of us get in too big of a hurry when we are cutting our fabric maybe we should all slow down and enjoy the whole project more.

I bought these non-slip ruler grips and use them on all my rulers.
They are inexpensive and probably available at your LQS.

I love my creative grids rulers. They have circle "grippers" on them and work great!

little snips of self stick sandpaper at corners and in center is my solution.....sandpaper can be found at hardware store or fabric store........invisigrip is ok, but sandpaper is better and cheaper....

I raided my husband's woodworking shop and found fine sandpaper with one peel-n-stick side. I cut tiny squares and stuck them to the back of my rulers and they work great! More money saved for fabric!
