That is a hard decision, they each add something different to the quilt. If i had to choose though, I would go with the blue.

Black or Red. I'm leaning towards the black.
When I'm in doubt, I choose the two that catch my eye, wait a day then look again, and choose.

Without the sashing, it really looks scrappy and I like that look. However, if you were going to use sashing, I would vote for the red because it really pulls out the red in the scraps and makes it pop. Good luck with the decision.

It is absolutely wonderful without the sashing, but of the sashing, the red really makes all of the colors pop! Whatever choice she makes, it going to be beautiful. Love the fabric.

I personally like the black sashing, but what does she like, I would let her choose.

Every one of them is appealing in its own right. However, I like it best without any sashing. She is doing a great job!

I really like the black but if you really wanted the scrappy look you could use all colors for the sashings.........or use black for the entire middle and use the red, yellow and blue for the binding.
