If you have the ability to really shop for batiks, a bargello using gradients of yellows, oranges and some reds

Thank you all for your suggestions. I have the materials needed. I will probably make a bargello altho I have been graphing a design that I keep seeing in my mind but not confident of my quilting abilities.
I have used so many of your suggestions that others needed and I did also. thank you for being a wonderful sharing group.

Someone just posted one on Facebook. I don't know how to put it on here. She made it look like a scramble board. Used the words firefighter, ladder, medic, His rank etc. Really neat looking. She also added his badge etc and some symbols from his unit that appear to be printed on the fabric.
