All I see is the pink sashing. It's too much. I would try the green that is in the blocks or maybe black.

For this kind of fun quilt I think pink is great but I would also make it narrow instead of wide so that it is not too distracting...love the quilt.

Love the pink.

I'm getting on this band wagon a little late and the top is probably made already, but....I really like the narrower version of the hot pink. It does suit the flashy ladies. I'm looking forward to seeing the final version.

Like the narrower bright pink sashing. It makes the blocks jump.
I also like the narrower hot pink version.

I like the narrower bright pink for the sashing. The light pink looks too washed out and the black is too dark. At first I thought black would be good, but when I see it, I don't like it. The narrow bright pink doesn't detract from the cute pictures. I like it best.

I like the light pink. It suits the look of the blocks and doesn't take over the stage. Just sets the stage and blends into the look of the quilt.

I love the pink. Makes the inner pictures pop! Susan

I prefer the narrow pink Sashing then the black. Great job! Fun quilt !
I'd use a narrower black for sashing; the pink is too overpowering.
I'm going to be the odd "man" out here, but what about a white-black-white sashing? That was my first thought after you asked about the pink......I also like the thinner hot pink sashing idea.
I like the pink - although it is bright it goes with the style of the blocks. Certainly not traditional - but lots of fun!
How would the green that is in the pictures look? It might be a little muted and emphasize the designs more. Is this a Loralee (sp) design (which I love)?
I also think the pink is a little too bright for those adorable blocks. I agree with trying to pick up a color in the blocks themselves; the purple, reddish or even the orangish/gold color of the hair, etc.
If it were my quilt I'd try red, green and maybe a yellow. Pink is too girly for me and wouldn't go with anything in my house.
While the pink is very pretty, picking up the pink in the blocks, I think it might be too overpowering and take away from the cute blocks. I would go with narrower sashing or pick a lighter pink from the blocks. Adorable quilt.
I prefer the black, as it doesn't take any focus away from the ladies :-)
Love the pink, but seems wide, maybe cut in half , then maybe a solid black next to it. Depends on how big you want the finished project.
Narrower sashing, all black, with pink cornerstones.
A lighter or not so bold/neon more muted. Anxious to see the finish!
The pink is a bit too much for me. I would try auditioning more colors (like you did with the pink) until you hit on what you like. Just pull some colors out of those blocks like the green, or black or even a more subtle pink. Aren't design walls great? You can figure out what you like before sewing it all together & then later having to rip out because it's not what you really like. Stepping away to get a better look & even re-visiting it a day or two later will help.

I like the black with hot pink cornerstones!
I think it's pretty but it's also very strong. I wonder how the lighter pink would be? or a black? I just think the bold pink takes attention from your beautiful blocks.
I think the black makes the colors in your blocks really pop....and doesn't compete. So I'd use the black.
Black, but use the pink as a flange around the outer border, just inside the binding. Or audition the hot pink for a binding.
