I buy a bag of 100 of the stretchy hair ties at the
$ store for a $1.00. Can't get much cheaper. Work great.

Sometimes I buy those little mini m&m's for my granddaughter. They come in a little tube and it will hold about 5 or 6 bobbins. I put like colors in one tube and mark the color on the label. Works pretty well...she gets her m&m's and Nan gets a holder for bobbins!   8-)

Hardware stores sell plastic tubing by the foot/length.
It is inexpensive.
If you investigate the right diameter, buy a couple of feet. cut it into rings, and slit one side - and slide it on the bobbin and you will have enough clips for a lot of bobbins!

You and your hubby are so right!

I TAKE THE ZIP LOCK SNACK BAGS AND PUT THE THREAD AND THE BOBBIN IN SO I ALWAYS HAVE THE SAME THREAD AND THE SAME COLOR THREAD ON THE BOBBIN IT WORKS GREAT AND IT DOES NOT UNWIND IN THE BAG

Inside joanne's is the Viking dealer , they have the best thing ever to keep the bobbins straight! It is a rubber circle, that curves up and around the bobbins you can put 20 or so in it at once!

I use the little pastic half circles that come as book binding strips.

I also use the Stack-N-Store-Bobbin-Tower <from Nancy Zieman>. Works like a charm.

I use hair bands that you buy from the cheap shops and put them around the bobbins. it keeps them neat and easy to find.

>3.5"x6" bobbin boxes made by Collins? for 'long term' storing.
>Small ziplocks to keep specialty threads and their bobbins together.
>Handi-bobs by Clotilde
>Pipecleaners; run through spool & bobbin, then twist to fasten.
