I'd keep the quilting simple. You don't want to distract anyone from the quilt itself. The background was cut from a bolt of fabric as one piece. I don't know if that's still considered a panel. ;) |

Well, here's the finished wall hanging. The quilting is difficult to see in the photo. I did straight lines on the "wood" window panes, outlined the dark tree trunks, and just did a wiggly line around the border. I'm happy with it. I didn't want the quilting design to take away from the overall look. I appreciate all the help!
