Trade ins are a dealer incentive, not related to the manufacturer. If your dealer won't take a trade in, try finding a new dealer. |
I always suggested to the customer to use other resources to try to sell their machine I always felt I couldn't offer what their machine was worth I would help them advertise. Ask the dealer if they can help you sell your machine Quilt club, newspaper (free add section) Church groups. There is always someone looking for a good used machine. Consider trying on your own you may get more

You will love that automatic threader,but what I like most is the button that u push that remembers the setting you were useing the last time you sewed! The dealer that I purchased my 820 from was really not to giving with the free instructions. A three hour class on how to use the button hole attachment? Something I doubt I will ever use as I gave up sewing clothes eons ago.

I have a Bernina 830 and just love it and it shows beautifully. I am so glad you bought it . I know you will enjoy it. I hope you have a nice shop to give you training.
