Newbies - what do you spend more time doing - quilting or reading the board?
I swear I am hooked on this board! I honestly don't know if I have touched my machine since I found it. I love reading all the posts - I am learning so much and seeing so many beautiful quilts! But I am not quilting. That is not entirely true, I do work on my hand done cathedral windows quilt when out and about, but not my machine quilt. When I am home, I find I spend all of my "quilt time" on this board! I think I am an addict...
Anyone else have this problem? |

I did the same thing when I first found this board. I would stay up late and look at ALL kinds of things. Now I get on it in the morning and at night. Still find time to quilt. This board has a wealth of information. All yo have to do is ask and you will get answers. Enjoy and welcome!!

So far, I have been just reading and not quilting. Have been collecting fabric for stash for past few weeks. But, soon. Very soon, I plan to be cutting and sewing...

I'm bad....first thing I do when I come home from work is to get a big glass of tea and sit down and start reading the board. It's my way of winding down, but then we don't get supper as early as we should either! Just because I'm busy reading the board. haha.

I guess I have to be honest 50/50. LOL

I notice, Hilary, that you spell your name with one "L". My daughter, age 42, is also named Hilary, after her father's middle name. His family was of English lineage. What's the origin of your name, Hilary? Jan in VA |
