I've always said, do not fear the Bargello! You are going to amaze yourself. Yes, pictures please! Enjoy the process! I hope you can tell that these strips are all numbered.

don't give up yet....cutting the strips to make sets is the hard part! just remember when you make your sets to sew one direction and then on the next strip sew from other end....it will help keep them from curling (it does work)....after the tubes are made and time to cut into different widths, try just cutting a few at a time. It might help to keep the confusion down. Once you get it straight in your head what you are doing and can see the pattern emerging, you will be able to cut more at a time. Just keep ur chin up and stay with it until you can see the pattern.....then you won't be able to stop. And everyone on this board is waiting to see your finished quilt!

Well I started the sewing process. I'm alternating sewing ends using care to make sure one end is all even as possible. I'm also not skipping any steps. Getting up and pressing (not ironing) the seam allowance all in one direction as I go. I think this is going to be a long process for me, but I really want to do good on this. It's for my bed so I want it to look good. When I get further along I will post pictures. Thanks everyone for the encouragement. When I run into a wall, you can be sure I will ask for assistance.
