Those skirts are adorable! Makes me wish I had a DGD to make a couple for. And the knitting bag is so pretty. Great therapy choices.

Don't overwhelm yourself. So glad that you got back in there and did some sewing. It makes the day go faster and you feel so much better because you accomplished something.

Care to tell how you made the skirts? My GD is wanting one. It goes against my grain to pay for a pattern for one. Any secrets?

I had one of her skirts and just cut some scrap fabric the same size and sewed up the side seams. Then did the hem and put elastic in the top casing. No pattern needed. She loved them!
