Hi,

I am referred to as the "bag lady" around my LQS, does that explain it all?

I probably have about 14 that I use....have made more for others or given away as gifts. I love to make purses! Also make them for the samples at the quilt shop. I have plenty of quilts, so purses, bags, and totes, (you didn't ask about them) fulfull my urge to make something with my new "favorite" fabric of the week!

I have made a couple but didn't do a very good job. I would not show them for anything. I just think they must be too hard for me to make. They just look "too" home made looking. LOL :oops:

ever time I'm haveing a bad day. Make a new purses. Now have to think of something to do with all the purses.

:lol: Can't go count them right now, I'm afraid to! I think I make a new one every 4 months or so. I take the others I don't want anymore to goodwill.

Not really quilted but I have made a couple of quilted "shells" for my Michi purse.

I don t even own a purse. I wear a wrist bracelet that carries my money and credit cards and keys if I dont have a pocket. Gave up carrying anything heavy on my shoulder after I hurt it.- Joan

Puses-only a couple. But -totes, I have several.

I taught a work shop a couple of years ago and had to make 15 to show and tell , but I would have made at least 50 use a simular method , I just love bags od any sort.

Only 1, but winter will be here soon and I have plenty of patterns.

I have to make a guess because I have 2 boxes of them packed away from our move here 6 years ago. What I have made and kept since our move numbers around 25. What can I say.... I'm addicted!

I made my first one last week and my second one this week. They are so fun to make!! I sense Christmas gifts!!

None at all... I do make lots of bags and sell in my etsy shop, but not quilted. I prefer a firmer look for a bag.

It has been hinted that I make covers for kindles but doubt I will..I bought too nice a one for only 12 bucks.

I have 1 quilted purse a friend made me. I just purchased 4 patterns on a shop hop and found 1 online I would like. I guess it is a new found passion for me as well. I have one cut out ready to work the next block of time I have free.
I like to make small projects and have something to show for my efforts quickly.

Not the best topic for me today. Last week I bought a bag pattern for The Potato Chip Bag. It was supposed to be so fun that you can't make just one. I am thinking iffffff I ever finish the one I started it will be an onlly one. I have spent the last two evenings working on it with my friend Jack (the ripper). I'm still not done. It seems so silly to get so frustrated over this litttle bag. I Have been tempted to toss it into the garbage, bit I don't want to admit defeat by something so trivial.

I Have a drawer full. Many sizes. When I get tired of them I give them to the church rummage sale and they are passed on to someone else!

Bunches of totes, but no purses. Too bulky for me. I like little purses.

One but I might make some for gifts someday. However I've found that I like making quilts better.

Would you believe I have several "sewn" purses but no "quilted" ones.....lol

One that was giving to me last year by a precious friend. I love it.
