Here's a website for ear plugs and they do have silicone, industrial reusable, I am assuming they are sold as pairs.

another gadget to fund space for. watching her sew, she was clumsy doing it.

This seems like something you would need to try, to decide which you prefer using. I must say, i get rather tired of breaking my fingernails on safety pins when closing them. As for the price.... well new things usually are for some reason...??

They reminded me of the rubber earplugs, also.Sounds like these were made out of the same kind of rubber they make baby pacifiers with. Alot of that stuff gets sticky with age.Think t is cheaper to stick with the large safty pins. Sure would make quicker work of the jos though.

ok. i'm not going to make fun of anybody who likes this idea or who has actually bought any. to each her own.
my own reaction was: you've GOT to be kidding. this one is right up there with the $15 mallet for flattening seams.  :XD: |
I cant beleive you quoted sheldon from big bang ...yea its my all time fave TV

On the safety pin. If after every other use you put your safety pins into a bar of ivory soap bar.Wipe of before using again.I use an old wash clothe. This keeps them clean and sharp.
