How do you organized your projects?

I have a few that I'm working on, and it's all in its' own tote right now. As you can see from my sewing room situation, I like to drag my project down stairs to work in the living room so this is what works for now. However, I'd like to be more organized. I don't like seeing all those totes on the floors in my sewing room. Any suggestion?

I bought a lot of the big square white craft boxes at WalMart and put each project in one box. They stack on a shelf and look nice. There is a place to put a label on the front of the box too.

Thanks for the great suggestion! I'll have to look into it.

I'm sure there are other methods of storing your project. Let's hear!

I love the ArtBin super satchels; and they are acid free. They hold 12 1/2" blocks so nicely too.

I use the heavy duty plastic bags that curtains, comforters, sheets come it. I even like the two gallon zip lock bags.

When I cut out a quilt I put all the pieces in a two gallon ziploc bag. That way it all stays together til I start it.

I like to use the plastic zipper storage bags as. Depends on the project size but most often I use the one gallon and two gallon size.

Another idea: One of the ladies in our class goes to the local pizza place and asks them if they will give or sell new pizza boxes. She says that most often they just give her one or two at a time. I don't think she has asked for more than two at a time tho.

She says the medium size is perfect for 12" blocks. Easy to transport to class too.
