Outline quilting...which would you do?

I am going to outline quilt my husbands twin size quilt I am making for him. Which would you do?
The large blocks are 24" X 24" made up of 4 small 12" blocks which then break down to 3 strips with a triangle sewn on each side of them.

There will be 3 large blocks across by 4 blocks down to make a twin size. Alternating camo "X"s and Black "X"s.

Which would you chose for the quilting, Green or Pink?

Forgot to clarify, the green or pink is just what the design will be, the thread color will be black to blend in.

i like the green better because the amount of quilting is more balanced

Are you machine or hand quilting? Both have a lot of starts and stops for machine quilting and I would be tempted to SITD on the diagonal lines. Great looking blocks!

I like the green better.

I have a mid arm machine, so machine quilting, yes there are a lot of starts and stops. I was thinking since the thread will be black and blend in maybe I could SITD to move to the next spot and no one would be the wiser haha?

I like the green the best.

I really like your quilt! I like the green example for the quilting.

Is your husband a hunter? My son would love a quilt made from camo fabric.

My husband is in the army and is a big hunter. :)
