I am going to outline quilt my husbands twin size quilt I am making for him. Which would you do?
The large blocks are 24" X 24" made up of 4 small 12" blocks which then break down to 3 strips with a triangle sewn on each side of them.
There will be 3 large blocks across by 4 blocks down to make a twin size. Alternating camo "X"s and Black "X"s.

Are you machine or hand quilting? Both have a lot of starts and stops for machine quilting and I would be tempted to SITD on the diagonal lines. Great looking blocks!

I have a mid arm machine, so machine quilting, yes there are a lot of starts and stops. I was thinking since the thread will be black and blend in maybe I could SITD to move to the next spot and no one would be the wiser haha?

I really like your quilt! I like the green example for the quilting.
Is your husband a hunter? My son would love a quilt made from camo fabric.
