I'm so bummed; we were going until my DH broke his foot. Be sure to get your coupon from E. Burns web site.

Have fun! So I have a Paducah question. I'm roadtripping from Austin to Nashville the week after the festival (for a music event). We plan on swinging up into Paducah and spending one night there before our final destination of Nashville. Since we'll be there a week after the big event, is there a chance that shops will have low inventory due to the huge influx of shoppers the week before?

It's almost impossible to make a reservation a year in advance unless you are checking out. I've tried many times and was told we don't take reservations over the phone for a year in advance. Very frustrating. I know one group that make reservations at all the motels in the area a year in advance then cancel the rooms they don't need.

Last year was my first year -- am going again this year. There are 20-25 of us from this area that stay in the same hotel. It is great fun. Taking a couple of newbies this year. We are all excited.

A trip that is on my 'bucket list'. I'd better go pretty soon or I will be too old!

I have always wanted to go. Next year I am making plans to go. I want to go to MSQCo also on the same trip.
|
It's on my bucket list too. Does anyone stay across the river in Ohio? Are all those hotel rooms taken too? TIA

Yes I am going this year also. I have been several times, but it has been awhile. Going on Thursday and coming back Fri. night.

Hancock's of Paducah is also a must. They always have enough to spend hours looking, finding and buying. Everyone there is so nice and will be more relaxed after the show. Be sure to go into the back room. Many miss that.
