What a great idea! Thanks for the tip.

That is what many in my guild do … Michael's also have them in stock

Fantastic! Thanks for the info!

Just to clarify, I do not use the wrapping paper in my printer. It is too flimsy and large to go through. I am currently using the paper for a string block foundation. The white wrapping paper is thin enough to trace a pattern onto using a light box and I will use it for this purpose with other paper piecing patterns. (Does this make sense?)

Yes, that makes sense and it's a great idea!

How clever! Thanks for the tip. Aren't dollar stores full of wonderful stuff!?
|
Thanks for the great idea! I have been searching the internet for 10.5 in paper for piecing with no luck. I'll give it a try.

A while back my niece told me about getting the partial rolls of paper they use at the newspaper where she works. She said they will sell them to you for $5 and they have a LOT of paper on the roll. I have been using it for years now making patterns. Cut some off when the grands want to draw and they is plenty still on my roll. It is 22 inches wide too. Serves me well

Great idea. I don't do a lot of PP but when I do this is a way I will proceed. Thanks for sharing.
