Off hand I cann't make a quilt suggestion but I love the fabrics.
|
My vote is for French Braid.
|
I'm sure whatever you make will lbe beautiful. Nice colors.
|
I would suggest a fan. I had a cheaters' quilt, (preprinted) and when I layed the whole piece out on the bed and it reflected in the mirror, it was beautiful. But I was doing craft shows at the time and I decided to cut it up into small pieces and sell little quilts. I have one in my bathroom and I still love the fabric. Just a suggestion.

MlaceRuby, what about the great block in you Avatar, that has 10 or more colors and would look great in the very center, with blocks or strips on the side, what is your pattern?
|
Trip around the world would be fabulous. You'll have to post a pic when your done.

You might look at the pattern Flavalicious or one of these two Willpw Garden or Waves, by Hoffmanfabrics.com, these are free patterns to print. I love your fabric. But then I am partial to any of the shades of purple, my favorite color.

i think a log cabin pattern would be great or maybe pinwheels

I think a bargello would be pretty!

Thank you ALL so much - but I think that Shade Cascade is a winner! I think it will show the lovely fabric off because the pieces are larger. I love the gradation pattern. Now, all I have to do is figure out how to make it the size I need.
I KNEW someone here would find the right thing for me! You're always all so helpful. THANK YOU for all the great responses. Gratefully, Martha |

this is pretty easy and fast the strips on strip disco could easily be 3" instead of 2.5". just make as many blocks as you need. this would work well with darks and lights |

"The Ladder of Success" quilt is easy and quick and would look pretty with a variety of fabrics like the ones you have. I'm posting a drawing of it. I tried to make it smaller but couldn't get it to shrink.
