French seam...hides raw edges. Put fabric WRONG sides together. Sew a seam. Trim the seam. Turn the fabric right sides together having the just trimmed seam "trapped" inside. Sew another seam enclosing the trimmed seam. Now you have no raw edges! |
I just make my own pattern for whatever size pillow case I need. If I add a second fabric at the opening, I use my serger to finish it off.

So how do you get the flap inside that stops your pillow coming out,or seeing in the side of it.

It dosen't have a flap.
