Have you considered doing solids? That would be fun, too.

Mostly magenta, splash of lime, splash of red and a smudge of orange. Trust me. You haven't said whether you favor tradition or modern design.

This fabric line is right into the colors you described...

If something like this interests you be sure to scroll down the comments. There is no pattern but she does give the size of the squares she used and she says she based it on a Kaffe Fassett design. I think this is an awesome design and would look great in the colors you would like to use! |

I think 2 fabric quilts make a statement. Think about a pink and brown - striking combination and definitely not too pink. It also have the advantage of being almost 100% strip pieced.

Do you want to make a pieced quilt, or applique, or a combo of both?
There are a couple of interesting quilts here. My favorite idea, however, is a vortex quilt. Can you imagine this in fuschia and green??? I think it would be so awesome, and it would definitely make a statement! And even though it looks difficult, it absolutely is not. I've made one and have another in progress. PM me if you want more info. |
Okay now you've got my head buzzing. How about one of these?

I think a 'bass note' of a very dark color might be a thought.
Eggplant would be a change of pace from dark brown or black. |

I made a 9-patch with alternating heart appliques. Turned out just lovely.
