How do you handle this????

I just stand the vacuum near me, and turn on the hose, with skinny tool, every so often.

They are just a big old pain in the butt for me and unless I REALLY love the fabric I tend to stick with charms or bigger.

I too prefer prewashed fabrics! And so do many of the quilters I know. I've started making my own prewashed charms squares and jelly rolls for us. Thankfully I have a die cutter so it does a really accurate cut. I'm looking to start a home based business in the future. Do you think this is something there would be demand for?

I keep a lint roller nearby just for such fabric emergencies. :-D
Its good for cleaning stray fabric lint off the cutting mat too.

I just bought some of the layer cakes and wondered about the pinked edges. Sounds like a lot of things in quilting some like them some don't. Hope to get the top cut this week and then see what I think.

I use pinking shears to cut my fabrics. This stops the fabric from raveling...

How do you ever keep a straight edge? I get all wonky cutting lines with pinking shears.
