Now that is a really good idea!

I use the backside of my cutting mat too. Oh reminder they do bite! The first time I used a pinking blade, I have a pretty zigzag nip in my finger on the side - kinda 'quilty' don't ya think?

I have the pinking, scallop and wave blade and use them mostly when cutting fleece so I don't have to finish edges for grandchildren throw blankets.

Pinking rotary blade?Does one exist?

I love my pinking rotary blade. I bought it at Michaels...w/50%off coupon.(olfa brand).
I keep it in a rotary cutter all the time. I made a rag quilt using the pinking blade as suggested by a pattern in a quilt magazine. Also, I cut scraps with it to make bookmarks and Christmas ornaments.
