Miniature marshmallows - hmm - buy a bag of them and let them sit out for a while 'til they are good and stale, then use them instead of the pinmoors??

I have them and they are great. They lay flat and I suppose they could be cut in half and work just as well. I think popcorn would be a bit bulky and crumble eventually.
