Please need help in naming this quilt
 

I made this quilt for a dear friend of mine, It is Carol Doaks 50 fabulous state stars. I picked the states of MO, CA, NV, KS, NM Co, TX, AZ, MI. The states are from left to right in rows of three. All of them have family members of her family living there. I just cannot come up with a name. Thank you all for your help. In the 2nd row, the middle state is New Mexico where she lives.

What about United Stars of __________ , with their last name in the blank , instead of United States of ______
since you have used stars as your focus . By the way, love your stars.
