Love love love Hobbs batting! But all packaged batts come with wrinkles. I usually put it in the dryer for just a few minutes and that takes care of the wrinkles.

I just bought some Hobbs batting for the first time in black because it was the only kind I could find in black. I am not impressed. It was all puckered like the one in this post and there were some thin spots in it that I could see through. I chose to double it up for the baby quilt that is on my long arm today. I am used to warm and white which has a much nicer feel to it and is not see through.

I dampened a hand towel, set dryer on medium heat, and in 10 minutes or so it was good to go. I was impatient and wanted to get on with my planned sandwiching, so this is all I tried.
