I buy this several yards at a time so I have never measured how much I am using each time but I don't think it is close to two yards. Lay the the sizes you need on your cutting board (or table) and see how much it will take. You can also find it prepackaged and Hancock's might have that.

I have always used the fusible Pellon fleece, but now I'm going to try Pellon's fusible decor bond. I made a different bag with that and I liked it a lot. It's a bit cheaper too.

I use foam board, like for science projects. It's lightweight, strong, easy to cut and cheap.

I was thinking maybe foam board, I have seen large foam boards at the Dollar Tree store... Well I ordered my Bow Tuck pattern today off of ebay!
