I machine wash all fabric and dry on high then iron away.
I have placed fabric in a pillowcase then washed. |
I think I wouls soak from in water and detergent in the washer, spin water out, and soak as a 'rinse' - do not agitate or they probably would all knot up into a wad :roll: How do I know this... :oops: you need not ask!

you can put them in a mesh bag- or pillow case-
always wash any used item you pick up be it from a yard sale or a thrift / consignment shop....for safety sake. |

I just throw it all in the washer and wash on warm regular cycle. I dry them till they are slightly damp still and then I iron them. You never know what has touched the fabric.

I do small pieces like this in a bucket with just a small amount of detergent. I just squeeze the rinse water out and then hang on line or toss in dryer depending on weather. :D
