I put mine on the lower left. I've tried printing my own on white fabric with permanent markers and I made some on my computer by ironing freezer paper to the fabric so it will go into my printer.
One question: do you always label your quilts? Sometimes, I feel a little silly, like will anyone really care who made it, and would it even last long enough for anyone to see it? I stll do label them, however. (Those "quilt police" may come after me if I don't. lol) |
I think you should always label your quilts, down the road your grand---great-grand children will know when you made the quilt/wall hanging and for whom it was made.

I agree, always label the quilt. I adore old quilts and quite often look at a beautiful old quilt and wonder when, where, who made it. Besides, with the introduction of cheaply-made imported quilts, labels may be really important one day.
