I like it and hope to see it finished and on your bed! Great colors.... love teal and turquoise shades.

I love the colors and the pattern. I too seem to be a little dizzy looking at it. Surely once it is finished and quilted it will stop moving around! Tee hee!

I have the same problem with some quilt designs and this might be stigmatism of the eye. I also have a problem with those acrylic rulers that have yellow markings.

I love it! I like the pattern and the fact that one can see so many "designs" in it.

When you said "rail fence" - I was expecting something different.

My question is do you think it will make anyone who looks at it dizzy? Does it make you dizzy?

It will have blue triangle things to complete the sides, then a thin white border and a wider blue border. Or at least that was my plan when I started. :) I sort of think that will take the dizzy aspect out of it. Do you all think that will work?

Dina

I am with you we both are dizzy never thought that combination would do it,but it sure does.

Hi Dina! What a pretty quilt! The colors are so fresh and clean. For what it is worth, your quilt does not make me dizzy. And I have a disease where I get motion sick at the drop of a hat, sometimes even making a cup of tea will get me. I know what you mean about some quilts having a dizzy effect, but think yours is going to be just fine. Adding the border will take care of things too.

I agree with b.zang. I think it's because the blocks aren't sewn together. The top half doesn't seem to move, just the bottom half where the blocks don't line up exactly. And the setting triangles will give it more framing. I think it will look smoother when it is finished. I love the colors and the pattern.

I also agree that when it's together it will be fine.
