When I read the question, I was thinking you were talking the traditional flat pinwheels, and I was going to suggest a spiral sort of quilting on each pinwheel, to give a spinning effect .... but for 3-D, quilt around would be the only thing that would make sense ..... of course, JIMHO ... do what suits you BEST! |
