I actually did this recently with some cut yardage I had ordered. Some cuts were quite nice, but three were so grossly under quality that I was just too frustrated to take the hit and be quiet.
The shop refunded me, but were not happy to do so; too bad, I was not happy that I had shopped their site! Neither of us will be bothered by the experience a second time.:D Jan in VA |
